SHIPPING POLICY
We believe a great product should inspire greatness on every front. To that end, we have partnered with United Parcel Service (UPS) and others to handle shipping orders to deliver The Original Teff Chips in trusted, safe, and efficient ways.

All shipments originate in Southern California. Shipping costs will be determined by UPS, dependent upon the order weight, speed and delivery destination.

The multi-packs are boxed according to the quantity of 5-ounce bags of chips inside. The dimensions of each bag are approximately 7.75"W x 11.75"H.
Multiple orders will be shipped together in one box.
REFUND POLICY
As we all learn to live in the aftermath of the outbreak of COVID-19, we must takes steps to ensure the safety of all. Therefore, we are not able to accept any returns.
